We’re centrally located in downtown Denver, on the 16th Street Mall, between Champa and Curtis, at 910 16th Street, Suite 700. We’ve been caring for patients who work or live in downtown Denver for more than 20 years.

Our Office Hours

We’re available Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and we have lunch-hour appointments available for your convenience.

Parking

Parking is available in the Ruiz parking lot, at 1515 Champa Street. Bring your ticket, and we’ll validate it for up to $10.

Dental Insurance

We’re happy to submit a copy of your dental claim to your insurance company and allow ninety days for them to determine benefits and remit payment. Any portions of the fees not covered by insurance, however, will become your responsibility, and we ask that you pay any deductibles or co-payments at the time of service.
